The Warranty/QA Controller’s role is split into two functions. Decision-making and processing of all warranty claims, alongside quality control of parts, including ‘Return to Vendor’ processes. Thoroughness and attention to detail will be rewarded with tangible results in reducing warranty claims and improving the quality of components being received for vehicle production.
Dealing exclusively with our small number of passionate dealers around the world, you will quickly build a knowledge and understanding of the challenges they face and look forward to putting them right.
