HWM Caterham is delighted to offer this brand new and unregistered 420R SV finished in Gulf Blue with the orange triple stripes. It is currently in build with an IVA date of 23/06/2026, it will then arrive at our showroom from the 1st July ready for its new and first owner!
It has a great specification overall being the SV chassis with the lowered floors, it also features exposed carbon front wings which does match up nicely to the carbon stone guards on the rear wings, those being part of the black pack. The 420R is also a great sweet-spot in the Caterham line up. The 2.0 Duratec is a great with a mighty 210BHP, 0-60MPH takes less than 4 seconds!
If you are looking for a brand new Caterham 420 and want to skip the wait time than this is a great option.

HWM was first established in February 1938, Operating out of the same beautiful building since just after WW2. HWM is a private, family owned dealership. Whilst we enjoy a remarkable heritage, we have survived through being dynamic and innovative. We use the fact that we are relatively small to be nimble in decision making, constantly innovating and providing a level of service that only a small family business can deliver. Today, racing cars built in this country dominate almost every formula, but the first British team to find international success after WW2 is almost forgotten. It wasn’t BRM: the expensive and heavily hyped V16 was an abject failure. It wasn’t Connaught or Vanwall, though their day would come. And it wasn’t Cooper or Lotus, who would go on to win World Championships. In fact it was a shoestring effort from a little garage in Walton-on-Thames called Hersham and Walton Motors – HWM. Over HWM’s seven-year life as a racing car manufacturer less than two dozen were built, but some 70 per cent of the entire production survives today.
