All vehicles wishing to participate in the 50th Festival Track Parade on Saturday 2nd September are required by Motorsport UK and the BARC to register their vehicle and passengers.
The following form will require you to enter driver details, your vehicle details, passenger details and next of kin information. You must also provide an image of your driving licence (ideally in jpg format and under 2MB).
Please pay special attention to the instructions and signals on the final page to ensure we are able to process all vehicles as quickly as possible. Vehicles will not be able to gain entry to the track parade without completing this document. All passengers must be 16 and over.

On Event Information:
Saturday Only - On arrival, all vehicles will be provided with a 'batch sticker'. Each batch consists of 50 vehicles. All vehicles will be parked in their respective batches and will go on circuit together. Please note, batches will run in number order and you will be directed by the Caterham and Volunteer Club team.
A pop-up kiosk will be available at Launch Pad should you require any additional support, or if you wish to sign on at the event.
All drivers will be required to bring their confirmation / show the confirmation email on their phone to the Caterham Team located inside the launch pad / Caterham Club House. Here you will be able to collect your wristband.
